Deep within the East Cornwall countryside lies our beautiful farmhouse project, a listed building with original features dating as far back as the 17th Century.
Thorough consultation with National Heritage and the local planning department was essential, as we proposed extensions and a reconfiguration of the original floor plan layout. Our clients’ aspirations were for a distinct and modern rear extension, in strong contrast to the existing building, and this was in everyone’s view the most sympathetic and appropriate approach.
With planning approved and technical design stages completed, we are looking forward to starting onsite this coming autumn (2024).
