High up on a hill in Penryn is our hidden gem of a luxurious self-build home.
With commanding views of the Penryn Estuary, Falmouth Bay and St Mawes beyond, our modern three storey design is inconspicuous from its private driveway. Utilising a steep site, we were able to design the building into the contours of the plot, thus reducing the visible form.
The family home boasts three double bedrooms and a grand master bedroom with ensuite. The living areas are open plan with access to outside terracing and those views! There is also a lower ground floor games room, snug and guest suite. With super insulated walls, and energy and heating supplied by air source heat pump and solar array, the running of this luxurious home will stay low cost.
Currently under construction, we are expecting a completion date early next year (2025).
