Part hidden within the residential streets overlooking Porth beach, Newquay, is The Box. Affectionately named after the Australian surf break of the same name, this a highly energy efficient modern family home built on a garden plot with far reaching sea views. The Box was our first new build home at DART, completed in 2022.
A reverse open plan arrangement elevates the living areas out of the neighbouring houses, whilst framing Atlantic views from a large glazed inset balcony. Downstairs is a modest master ensuite, and two additional bedrooms, plus a family bathroom. Meaning this home is enough and more for our clients and family.
We, like most families have a lot on our plate! Having DART onboard throughout our project has been incredibly helpful. We love our new home, and it fits our crazy family life perfectly.
