Mellingey Mill

Tucked away, far up Little Petherick Creek, deep in a tranquil valley lies the beautiful Melingey Mill house. Our instruction was an extensive feasibility study to create additional accommodation, both sensitive and fitting to the large estate.

We followed up our initial investigations with an application for a new pool house and spar building, whilst we reconfigured and upgraded an old traditional coach house into a luxurious guest house. Great care was taken to create modern & sympathetic designs, appropriate to the Mill house, whilst also navigating the existing needs of ecology and landscape.

With planning approved, we are expecting to begin work on our technical design stages soon and start work on site next spring (2025)
