Lusty

Set back from the golden sands of Porth, Lusty is our Cornish beach house meets art deco shaped luxury. Designed over three floors, the 5-bedroom family home commands epic sea views, stretching north all the way to the lighthouse at Trevose Head.

Planning permission was granted in 2022, however since then we have been busy working on a second updated scheme for the site. This revised design is currently under construction, and we hope to share more later this year.

Both schemes are renovation projects, a courageous and honourable decision by our client, who has always been guided by a strong environmental conscience.

We have designed creatively to retain as much of the existing structure as possible. Whereas in other cases a building would simply be knocked down and the materials removed from site as waste, with Lusty we are working closely with contractor Gekko Build and Engineers Martin Perry Associates to cleverly program and phase our approach to utilise waste material onsite.

With conscious environmentally-lead choices from the outset, the aim of this ambitious project has always been to reduce our impact as much as possible.
