Exposed sites offer both the challenges of the weather, and also the opportunities of capturing the best views. Set back from the wild waves of Perran sands, Mount Farm is a rugged and hardy home, whose design is an honest yet modern nod to the Cornish rural vernacular.
Reverse living makes the most of long sea and country views on all sides, while a functional, quieter ground floor divides up the bedroom accommodation.
Our client, a keen mountain biker, wanted plenty of storage for bikes and equipment. The home benefits from a large double garage/bike shed with further guest accommodation for family and friends above.
Currently onsite, we are overseeing the construction of this new home and we expect completion early next year (2025).
