The journey doesn’t end after the building work stops.

Last week we took a trip up to Tredrizzick to see our barn conversion project and ask our clients how they are getting on, in their first summer in their new home.

Planning approval this week for our extensive renovation & retrofit to a large period town house.

Being in a conservation area required sensitivity and thorough research during our design development, ensuring our proposals were met positively by the neighbourhood & planning authorities alike.

Our latest renovation project will combine a low carbon heating system with a large solar array, upgraded levels of insulation and thermally efficient glazing.

Single storey extensions to the front and rear will provide much needed living space for a young family, creating there forever home.
