The DART team were outstanding from their very first visit to our decrepit bungalow set on a 1.8 acre plot.
Their vision and inspirational ideas from the outset, left us reinvigorated and ready to take on the challenge of our first new build.
Our brief and expectations were exceeded, with differing materials used to create a bold statement that was also sympathetic to its surroundings.
Design changes throughout the build process were supported by the DART team with our thoughts and opinions always being considered.
We have recommended DART to others and feel very fortunate to have had an architect who truly understood what we wanted and made our dream, reality.
The journey doesn’t end after the building work stops.
Last week we took a trip up to Tredrizzick to see our barn conversion project and ask our clients how they are getting on, in their first summer in their new home.

DART were superb from start to finish… Sarah took the time to really listen to what we wanted from the house... She had great suggestions and ideas and wasn’t afraid to revisit something if we didn’t like it… I would highly recommend DART to anyone about to embark on their own self build adventure!
